    Detailed information

Learn more about this research project

GeneRxN is a Canadian biotechnology company working to validate a new genetic testing device using saliva samples and a cheek swab to study genes associated with Alzheimer’s disease.

    1

One single session of approximately 30 minutes

    2

Collection of 2 saliva samples (2 to 5 mL in total)

    3

A buccal swab from the inside of the cheek

The process is simple, non-invasive, and designed to be as quick and accurate as possible.

    Objective

Develop a detection method to identify genes associated with a risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

Your participation helps validate a new 100% Canadian genetic testing tool.

Results will be provided to participants after their participation.

GeneRxN collaborates with Collège La Cité and InnovaCité Biolab.

    Who can participate?
