A new Canadian study found that older adults can regain optimal well-being, defined by good physical and mental health, strong social support, and life satisfaction, even after setbacks. Within three years, 1 in 4 participants improved their well-being, highlighting that aging doesn’t have to mean decline. Experts emphasize that combining healthy lifestyle habits (exercise, diet, sleep) with strong social connections and a positive mindset can significantly boost health and quality of life at any age.
