Description : Learn more about brain health with kinesiologist Stuardo Bonilla Duque and nutritionist Laetitia Poirier, who are both dedicated healthy lifestyle advisors.

In this conference, you will explore three key factors that protect the brain: healthy eating, physical activity, and intellectual stimulation. You will also discover science-based tips to adopt new habits in a fun and sustainable way.

This conference will be presented by Stuardo Bonilla Duque, B.Sc., and Laetitia Poirier, RD – Lucilab

Stuardo has a BA in kinesiology from UQAM. He has worked in the area of physical and mental rehabilitation, where he has served clients living with chronic pain. He has also been involved in the field of sports and health promotion.

Laetitia has a BA in nutrition from the Université de Montréal as well as a BA in psychology and a certificate in gerontology. Since obtaining her degree in nutrition, she has worked as a nutritionist-dietician with people facing a loss of autonomy, in particular those who have major neuro-cognitive problems, chronic or neurodegenerative diseases, or are receiving palliative care.
