    What is the study about?

    J3H-MC-GZNI, a phase 2 double-blind study is looking to investigate the safety, efficacy and effect on brain and cardiovascular health of LY3549492 (the investigational product) in healthy adults.

    Why participate?

    You are interested in helping researchers understand the broader safety and tolerability profile of Ozempic-like (GLP-1 RA’s). These medications may have effects on body mass, composition and cognition.  

    1. Are 55 to 80 years old.

    2. Have a healthy BMI within the range of 22 to 25 kg/m2.

    3. Do not have type 2 diabetes, or if you do, it is controlled with diet and/or medication.

    4. Do not have any cognitive impairment or serious or unstable medical conditions.

    Exclusion criteria : T2D and are on antidiabetic therapy (except T2D being managed with diet and/or stable dose of metformin).

    Study visits

    You’ll have study visits every 3 weeks, and the procedures may vary from one visit to the next. Our team will be there to support you throughout each step.
